DELFIN OPTICAL CLINIC started at Sto. tomas, Davao del Norte at year 1994. The founder of DOC was Dr. Edwin D. Delfin, He and his wife Shiela M. Delfin built DOC in humble beginnings, by renting a little space at Romano Bldg. Fd Road 2 Sto. tomas. They advertised their clinic by going to schools, cooperatives, and barangays. Few years later the clinic was relocated at the sto. tomas public market, there the main branch of DOC was established and is currently being managed by Dr. Desidario Delfin. The Second Branch was established at J.P. Quijano St. Poblacion, Oroquieta City at year 2000 and is being managed by Dr. Susan D. Caiña. And the third branch was established at year 2002 at Panabo City public market, and later on was transferred to the New Integrated Bus and Jeepney Terminal Panabo City, the third branch is currently being managed by both sons of Dr. Edwin D. Delfin, Dr. Edwin King Xing John M. Delfin and Dr. Edwin Shielle Justin M. Delfin. But Since Dr. Edwin Delfin went home to the Lord last October 14, 2022, the current owner of Delfin Optical Clinic is her wife, Shiela M. Delfin. Delfin Optical Clinic specializes in diagnosing and carefully treating various cases while making sure each patient is fully informed throughout the process.
